The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Good Samaritan provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care settings under supervision of a nurse and physicians. You will assess residents, administer medications, document outcomes, and support an interdisciplinary care team to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.

Position requires LPN licensure, minimaal 18 years old, and willingness to travel to support locations within a 75-mile radius.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Unencumbered LPN license current with state board.
• IV therapy/management training required in ND if applicable.

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain confidentiality and document resident interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with RN, APRN or physician and interdisciplinary team.
