Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes in the chart.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to meet resident needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to care plans.
