Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• If IV therapy is required, North Dakota-specific education may be required.
• Must have and maintain required competencies and certifications; CEU and training as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor and report status to the team.
• Document resident interactions, plans, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support resident health and safety.
