Job summary
Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN (Woodland campus) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care for residents in long‑term and transitional settings. You will administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to uphold quality care and safety.
The role follows a 6:00am - 2:30pm schedule, including every other weekend and holiday, with weekend incentives and opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
- Unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and multi-state licensure privileges.
- Continuing education and annual CEU requirements for department and facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term and transitional care settings.
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered and monitor resident status.
- Collaborate with a registered nurse, physicians, and other health care professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team.
