Good Samaritan Luverne is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will work under supervision of a registered nurse or physician, administer medications, and contribute to care plans to ensure resident well-being in a Christian, not-for-profit environment.

Qualified candidates must have an accredited LPN program graduate status and hold a current LPN license; multi-state licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current unencumbered LPN license; multi-state licensure is preferred.
• Complete required annual CEUs and department competency training.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary care team to support resident health.
