Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• If position requires IV therapy/management skills, North Dakota requires graduation from a Board approved program including IV therapy.
• Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility or supervised clinical experience across life span.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care for residents under supervision of a RN, practitioner, or physician.
• Administers medications or treatments as ordered and maintains accurate documentation.
• Communicates clearly and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information to residents, families, and team members.
• Works as part of an interdisciplinary care team to support resident education and self-care.
