Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Must hold an unencumbered LPN license with state board.
- Multi-state licensure may be required; maintain required CEU and competencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
- Demonstrate nursing knowledge and apply care plans and standards.
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered and monitor resident status.
- Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
