• Implementing and evaluating care plans.
• Securing equipment and supplies.
• Supervising and overseeing staff activities.
• Participating in duty assignments, organizing tasks, and managing time.
• Monitoring staff performance and conducting evaluations.
• Ensuring infection control compliance.
• Investigating and documenting incidents and accidents.

LPN Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Previous skilled nursing experience.
• Understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
