Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment
• Follow physician-prescribed care plans and document care accurately
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
• Educate and train family members on health management

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification (Aveanna can assist in obtaining this post-hire)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
