Five Star Nursing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work in our client's Skilled Nursing Facilities, providing follow-through of physician plans under RN supervision.

Hourly pay rate: $35-$45

LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

• Currently holds an active LPN license to work in New York.
• CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)

• Strong patient assessment skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrated clinical competency

Five Star LPNs are expected to carry out the following tasks:
