Five Star Nursing seeks compassionate LPNs to provide follow-through of physician plans of treatment within skilled nursing facilities. You will work under the RN Supervisor, advocating for patients and families while contributing to community health.

Qualifications

• Currently holds an active LPN license to work in New York.
• CPR Certification (BLS or ALS accepted).
