Job summary

Cooperative Home Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support pediatric patients in St. Louis City on a private duty basis. Schedule: 5:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Provide nursing care per physician orders, assist clients with home activities, and complete required clinical documentation. We offer health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, a 401(k), referral bonuses, and a sign-on bonus with flexible hours and overtime options. Active Missouri LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri.
• Active CPR certification (We can provide a class if yours isn’t active!)

• Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.

Private Duty Nursing allows nurses to form meaningful 1 on 1 patient relationships and offers you the ability to work a schedule that fits your life. While eliminating the chaos that comes with a hospital or facility environment.

Schedule: 5:00am -5:00pm; Monday - Friday

Pay: $32.00 to $35.00 an hour

Sign on Bonus:

Earn sign-on bonuses just by picking up shifts! Work as little as one 8-hour shift per week to qualify, and the more hours you take on, the bigger your bonus gets!
