Cooperative Home Care, Inc. is seeking an LPN to support pediatric or adult patients in a private duty home care setting in Missouri. Work primarily in the St. Charles area with a schedule that fits your life, minimizing hospital and facility chaos.

Shifts run Monday through Thursday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, with pay ranging from $32.00 to $35.00 per hour and attractive benefits including health, vision and dental insurance, PTO, 401(k), and sign-on bonuses based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Missouri.
• Active CPR certification (we can provide a class if needed).
• Ability to provide 1-on-1 home care with patients.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with established standards and policies.
• Assist clients with home/social activities and promote independence at home.
• Complete all necessary clinical documentation.

Private Duty Nursing allows nurses to form meaningful 1 on 1 patient relationships and offers you the ability to work a schedule that fits your life. While eliminating the chaos that comes with a hospital or facility environment.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday; 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Pay:

$32.00 to $35.00 an hour

Sign on Bonus:

Earn sign-on bonuses just by picking up shifts! Work as little as one 8-hour shift per week to qualify, and the more hours you take on, the bigger your bonus gets!
