Schedule is Weekday Overnight Shifts; 40 hours per week. Pay is $32.00 to $35.00 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, vision and dental insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and referral bonuses.

Sign on Bonus:

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
• Complete all necessary clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Active CPR certification (We can provide a class if yours isn't active!)
