Cooperative Home Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support Pediatric or Adult patients in North County, South County, and the Downtown area. Private Duty Nursing offers 1-on-1 patient relationships and a schedule that fits your life, away from hospital chaos.

Pay: $32.00 to $35.00 an hour; Sign on Bonus offered. We provide health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and training with no cap on overtime. This role emphasizes compassionate, client-focused home care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri.
• Active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.

Sign on Bonus:
