Job summary

Cooperative Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a pediatric patient in Florissant, Missouri. This private duty nursing role offers 1:1 patient care in the home, with a schedule of Monday-Thursday from 10:00pm to 8:00am (40 hours/week).

Pay ranges from $32.00 to $35.00 per hour with sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Health, vision, dental insurance, PTO, 401(k) and referral bonuses are included to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Missouri (MO).
• Active CPR certification (training available).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
• Complete all necessary clinical documentation
