Job summary

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center in Denver, CO seeks a compassionate LPN to join our skilled nursing team part-time. We offer competitive hourly pay starting at $36, with daily pay option and a sign-on bonus for hires before 9/30/2026.

Assist with medication administration, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a home-like environment for residents. LPN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• LPN certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress and side-effects.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical tasks.
• Collect lab samples.
• Communicate with other team members, residents, families and medical professionals.
• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

Part time 6 am- 2 pm Thursday through Sunday

Part time position available 6 pm- 11 pm Friday through Monday

Pay: Starting at $36.00 per hour; higher rates are available for experienced nurses.
