Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking an LPN to join our evening shift team in a full-time role in Pittsburgh. You will be responsible for health and wellness operations, medication administration, vital signs, and resident care in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• LPN certification required.

• Experience in a health-care setting, especially senior living, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the health and wellness component to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents.
• Monitor vital signs and observe patients for progress or side effects of treatment.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical tasks.
• Collect lab samples and communicate with team and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support resident care.
