Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day health and wellness operations to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical tasks.
• Collect lab samples.
• Communicate with team, residents, families and medical professionals.
• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary care team.
