Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care in alignment with individualized care plans.
• Support multiple communities by traveling to WellSpire locations based on current staffing needs.
• Assist teams during periods of increased demand, including staff shortages, vacations, and higher-acuity situations.
• Maintain compliance with all WesleyLife and WellSpire policies, as well as state and federal care standards.
• Complete documentation accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in every care environment.

Education

We are seeking compassionate, dependable clinical professionals to join our Flexible Staffing Pool. FlexCare team members support multiple WellSpire communities by stepping into open shifts — including days, evenings, nights, and weekends — wherever coverage is needed most.

As part of our internal clinical team, FlexCare professionals serve across multiple communities, providing licensed, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule that fits their life.

• Premium hourly pay (higher than standard PRN roles)
• Holiday Pay (when eligible)
• Opportunities for incentive/stat pay on urgent shifts

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
