WesleyLife is revolutionizing the aging experience by challenging the stigma of aging and promoting growth and purpose through life transitions. The LPN (Regional) will join WellSpire's FlexCare staffing pool to provide licensed, high‑quality care across multiple communities.

FlexCare members enjoy premium pay and flexible scheduling while helping fill critical shifts where coverage is needed most. This on‑site role requires travel to WellSpire locations and adherence to care standards across

Qualificações

Active LPN license in Iowa.
Ability to work in various WellSpire care environments across communities.
Minimum 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available.
Reliable transportation is required to support travel between WellSpire communities.

Responsabilidades

Provide high‑quality, person‑centered clinical care in alignment with individualized care plans.
Support multiple communities by traveling to WellSpire locations based on current staffing needs.
Assist teams during periods of increased demand, including staff shortages, vacations, and higher‑acuity situations.
Maintain compliance with WesleyLife and WellSpire policies, as well as state and federal care standards.
Complete documentation accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in every care environment.
