Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to provide 1:1 home health care in Maryville, TN. You will follow each client’s plan of care, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical actions and outcomes for the team and family.

The role offers full-time hours with an overnight shift (7:00pm–7:00am, 3–4 nights per week), and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, mileage reimbursement and PTO.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college with current unrestricted state license
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
• CPR certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Home health care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician
