Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty LPN for overnight shifts in Maryville, TN. This role provides 1:1 patient care in a home-health setting, following a detailed plan of care, with emphasis on dignity and independence for clients.

Required are a valid LPN/LPT/LVN license, CPR certification, and a driver’s license. Home health experience and 1+ year nursing background are preferred; benefits include health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited nursing program and active license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
• CPR certification (professional).
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 care according to the client’s plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per plan and assessments.
• Document nursing actions and communicate with family, case manager, and physicians; report changes.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure on-hand stock.
• Ensure patient needs are met per physician instructions.

Schedule: Full-Time; Overnight

Pediatic Case

• G-tube experience preferred
• 7:00pm - 7:00am (3 to 4 nights weeks)

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse, You will:

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
• CPR professional certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Home Health care experience preferred
