Job summary

Adoration Health in Maryville, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for Private Duty roles delivering patient-centered home health care. You will provide 1:1 care following each client’s plan of care, ensuring dignity and independence while working with a supportive team.

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling (days and overnight shifts on weekends), competitive benefits, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement within a growing home health company.

Qualifications

• CPR professional certification is required.
• Valid drivers license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results.
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs.
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand.
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician.

• Pediatric Case
• Vent/Trach/G-tube experience preferred
• Day Shift: Friday - Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm
• Overnight Shift: Friday - Sunday 8:00pm - 8:00am
