Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation in Maryville, TN is seeking a Private Duty LPN to provide expert, 1:1 patient care in home settings. This full-time role covers days and overnight shifts, with coverage in Maryville and surrounding areas, focusing on pediatric cases.

You will document care, administer medications, and collaborate with families and physicians while maintaining patient dignity and independence. Previous home health experience and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with valid state license
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
• CPR certification
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred
• Home health care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician

Schedule: Full-Time; Days & Overnight (3 nurses)

Pediatric Case

• Vent/Trach/G-tube experience preferred
• Day Shift: Friday - Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm
• Overnight Shift: Friday - Sunday 8:00pm - 8:00am
