Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty LPN to provide 1:1 patient care in Knoxville, TN. This role supports pediatric cases with infant care and G-tube experience preferred, working a full-time schedule including day and overnight shifts.

You will administer medications, document care, and coordinate supplies while functioning both independently and with team support. Strong clinical skills and compassion are essential.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited nursing program with current active license.
• Valid driver's license, reliable driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• CPR certification for healthcare providers.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client according to plan of care, maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed and assess results.
• Documenting nursing actions and communications with family, case manager, and physicians; report changes.
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feeds to ensure adequate on-hand stock.
• Ensure all patient needs are met following physician instructions.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse, You will:

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
• CPR professional certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Home Health care experience preferred
