Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Knoxville team. You will provide 1:1 client care in a home setting, following each plan of care with compassion and professionalism.

This full-time daytime role offers dedicated patient interaction, independent work with team support, and opportunities for growth within a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited nursing program with active license in-state.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care per client’s plan of care, maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care per plan and assess results.
• Document nursing actions and communications with family, case manager, and physicians.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate inventory.
• Ensure patient needs align with physician instructions.

• Pediatic Case
• G-tube experience preferred

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse, You will:

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
• CPR professional certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Home Health care experience preferred
