Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide dedicated pediatric home care. You will deliver skilled one-on-one nursing in patients' homes, manage medications, and monitor conditions with family education and support.

This private-duty role offers weekly pay, competitive pay based on experience, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure exceptional, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license valid for practice.
• Willing to obtain Missouri license with company support.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, self-motivated mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the home.
• Administer and manage medications.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
