Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice seeks a Private Duty Nurse to provide in-home, one-on-one nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and educate families in a compassionate setting.

Illinois RN/LPN license required; Missouri license is paid for and guided by the employer. Strong assessment and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are essential to join a supportive team offering weekly pay, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license is required.

Responsibilities
