Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking compassionate RNs or LPNs to provide private duty nursing in patients' homes in Missouri. You will deliver one-on-one care, manage medications, and document patient conditions while building meaningful relationships with families.

The role offers weekly pay, on-going clinical support, and opportunities for premium pay on evenings and weekends. Training is provided to support licensure and clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• We will help you obtain Missouri nursing license by covering the cost.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home.
• Administer and manage medications.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Educate and support family members.
• Collaborate closely with the Phoenix clinical team for ongoing guidance and support.
