Job summary

Patriots Landing in Washington is seeking an on-call LPN to provide compassionate nursing care for residents across memory care, assisted living, and independent living. You will administer medications and document health status, ensuring quality resident care.

The role offers an hourly wage of $37–$41 DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees and opportunities for growth within a premier senior living community.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Washington State LPN license.
• Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Dementia and Mental Health training is preferred but not required.

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living.
• Prepare and administer medications according to policy, order and receive pharmacy deliveries.
• Document resident progress notes, treatments, and any changes in health status.
• Assist residents with personal care and physical support as needed.
