Job summary

Alderwood Health & Rehab is seeking compassionate LPNs in Lynnwood, WA for full-time day-to-day care of residents. Shifts include 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, with rotating schedules. Competitive hourly pay with shift differentials and benefits are offered.

Provide nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, and support residents’ physical and emotional well-being. New grads welcome with strong mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Washington.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.
