Job summary

Patriots Glen in Bellevue, WA is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our assisted living and memory care team. You will prepare and administer medications per EMAR, check deliveries, and support residents with daily care.

This full-time role offers day and evening shifts Thursday through Sunday, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active Practical Nursing License in Washington State.
• Must be able to work in Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications/treatments on EMAR per orders/policy.
• Order and check in medication when it is delivered by the pharmacy.
• As appropriate, prepare residents’ medications to accompany them on short-term absences from the community as allowed by the state.
• Document progress notes and any change in the status of residents.
• Complete resident treatments as ordered and scheduled.
• Occasionally assist with personal care and physical support.
• Additional responsibilities as requested by the Director of Nursing.

• Full Time Position
• Day and Evening Shifts
• Thursday-Sunday
• $34 - $40.17 hourly DOE
