The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs seeks an intermittent/PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care for residents at the Fergus Falls Veterans Home. You will work an evening shift and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high-quality resident care.
Candidates must be a Minnesota-licensed LPN with current BLS/CPR and be able to use PointClickCare for electronic charting. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling in a supportive state facility environment.

This job posting will be used to fill one (1) intermittent/PRN/casual vacancy at the Minnesota Veterans Home-Fergus Falls. An intermittent employee works an irregular and uncertain schedule as the needs of the agency require. Intermittent employees must be available to work all three shifts and some weekends. Day shift: 6:00am-2:30pm, Evening shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm, Night shift: 10:00pm-6:30am.
Deliver licensed practical nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, as defined by the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, for residents.
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to promote the well-being, health and safety of residents in a person-centered, long term care environment.
Ability to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and keep clear and accurate notes and documentation.
