The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Social Worker / Admissions Coordinator at the Fergus Falls Veterans Home to provide social work services for applicants and residents, assess placement needs, and deliver clinical support to address residents’ needs.
You will collaborate with the Home Administrator to ensure social services meet regulatory requirements, and you will plan and implement social service programs. Shift is Day, Monday–Friday, in Fergus Falls.

The purpose of the position is to provide social work services for the applicants and residents of the Minnesota Veterans Home, to provide assessment and input to determine proper placement of applicants requesting admission, to provide clinical support and analysis to assure residents needs are addressed, and to carry out planning and implementation of social service programs for residents of the Home. This position will also works effectively with the Home Administrator to ensure the delivery of all social services meets regulatory requirements and agency standards.
