Westchester Village in Lenexa, KS is seeking a dedicated LPN - Charge Nurse to join our team. The LPN will plan, organize, and assist in providing resident care per established policies and nursing standards, orient and supervise staff, and support the DON/RN with care plans.

A strong foundation in long-term care and CPR certification are preferred. Responsibilities include rounds, interventions to protect residents, and ensuring quality care.

Qualifications

• LPN Charge Nurse role requires licensure and CEU requirements.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Good communication in English is expected.

Responsibilities

• Make daily rounds to assess residents' condition and comfort.
• Initiate interventions per nursing standards and care plans.
• Assist DON/RN with developing and evaluating plans of care.
• oversee direct care staff and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
