Job summary

Colonial Village is seeking a dedicated LPN - Charge Nurse to join our senior living community in the Overland Park area. You will plan, organize, and provide direct and indirect resident care following established policies and nursing standards, while orienting and supervising staff.

Responsibilities include rounds, implementing care plans, protecting residents from injury and infection, and coordinating with the DON/RN and physicians to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed as an LPN in the applicable state.
• CPR certification is required.

• Assist DON and/or RN with plans of care and implementation.

The LPN Charge Nurse plans, organizes, and assists in providing direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures, standards of nursing practice and principles of nursing care.
