Job summary

Maggie’s Place of Colonial Village seeks a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our senior living care team. You will plan, organize, and supervise resident care according to nursing policies, ensuring high-quality clinical standards and compassionate service.

Responsibilities include rounds, infection prevention, care planning, and supervising staff. CPR and state licensure are required, with preferred 1–2 years in long-term care settings. Join our family-oriented retirement community today.

Qualifications

• The LPN Charge Nurse must be a graduate from an accredited school and currently licensed in the state.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience as a Charge Nurse in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing is preferred.

• Assess and implement interventions for resident care based on standards of nursing practices.
• Make daily rounds to assess condition and comfort of residents.
• Initiate procedures to protect residents from injury and infection.
• Assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care.
• Encourage restorative care in self-care and group activities.
• Oversee staff and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
