Edenbrook Yeadon is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. You will conduct health assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support wellness and quality of life.

The role requires an LPN license with at least 1 year of long-term care experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to professional, empathetic care.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Conducted health assessments and created personalized care plans for each resident.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status.
