Edenbrook Rochester West is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care and enhance residents' quality of life. You will collaborate with a healthcare team to support daily living activities and promote dignity for those we serve.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering nursing care, supervising nursing assistants, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records per facility policy.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Minnesota.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Provide compassionate resident care.

Job Description
