Job summary

Eden Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Eden, NC is hiring LPNs to provide supervision, health monitoring, and compassionate care for residents. Evening (3pm-11pm) and Night (11pm-7am) shifts are available, with dedicated team collaboration and adherence to all nursing policies and regulations.

You will ensure resident safety, administer medications, document care, and mentor licensed practical nurses and aides.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and safeguard health, safety, and welfare of residents.
• Follow laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and document care as required.

Summary/Objective:
