Eden East is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time positions across all shifts at Edenbrook Second Ave. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, medication administration, and health monitoring, with a supportive, family-like environment.

Starting pay ranges from $32 to $33.75 per hour, with PM and night differentials, plus a PRN rate of $34/hour. Tuition reimbursement and referral bonuses are offered along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate or current student from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a Current State License as an LPN.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting.

Hiring Full-Time LPNs (All Shifts)

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long term care setting
