Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring resident health, and contributing to individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care and catheter care.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
