What You'll Do

As a LPN, you will organize, deliver, and direct professional nursing care to residents, embodying our Mission of Love.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as charge nurse for assigned resident care unit, ensuring clinical leadership and directing CNAs.
• Collecting data on residents, documenting conditions, and completing necessary paperwork.
• Performing clinical testing, administering medications, and monitoring treatments.
• Preparing for rounds and accepting physician's orders in compliance with regulations.

Minimum requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current LPN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification.
