Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New Jersey to provide compassionate care in a nursing setting. The role includes administering medications, assisting residents with daily activities, and documenting care plans.

We offer a warm team environment, flexible scheduling, and on-the-job training with free parking. LPN licensure required; new grads welcome. Competitive hourly pay of $32.00–$34.00 and non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• No experience required; we welcome new grads and experienced nurses!

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents while checking on their well-being and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Inspire your team and collaborate with the Wellness Director and Assistant Wellness Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Retirement Unlimited specified intervals.
