Life Enriching Communities in Montgomery, OH, seeks an LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in assisted living and memory care, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of care plans.

Schedule

• Full Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Part Time | 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• PRN (As Needed) | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) members have a flexible schedule but, required to work a minimum of 60 hours per month
