Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is hiring an LPN to provide compassionate nursing care for residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. The role includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, with a focus on resident comfort and safety.

Schedule:

Full Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Part Time | 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

PRN (As Needed) | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) members have a flexible schedule but, required to work a minimum of 60 hours per month
