Job summary

Patriots Glen in Bellevue, WA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our assisted living and memory care community. This is a full-time role with day and evening shifts from Thursday to Sunday. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $34 to $40.17 DOE.

You will administer and document medications, coordinate with the pharmacy, and support residents under the guidance of the Director of Nursing. Washington licensure is required and Bellevue work is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Practical Nursing License in Washington State.
• Must be able to work in Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications/treatments on EMAR per orders/policy.
• Order and check in medication when it is delivered by the pharmacy.
• Prepare residents’ medications for short-term absences, as allowed by state.
• Document progress notes and any change in residents’ status.
• Complete resident treatments as ordered and scheduled.
• Assist with personal care and physical support as needed.
• Follow directions from the Director of Nursing.
