Job summary

Patriots Glen in Bellevue, WA, part of Careage, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. This full-time role covers day and evening shifts, Thursday through Sunday, delivering medication administration and resident care in a memory care and assisted living community.

You will work with EMAR orders, coordinate pharmacy deliveries, document progress notes, and support residents with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Active Practical Nursing License in Washington State.
• LPN license required to practice in WA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications per orders and policy.
• Order and check medications delivered by pharmacy.
• Prepare residents’ medications for short-term absences.
• Document progress notes and changes in residents’ status.
• Complete resident treatments as scheduled.
• Assist with personal care and mobility as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned by Director of Nursing.
