Job summary

Edgewood Manor Health care center in Raytown, MO is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate nursing care to residents. You will perform assessments, follow protocols, document changes in condition, and support the medical team.

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings
• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
